Thank you for utilizing Conavenca Mobile.

Consignee, Shipper, and Agent Access:

• View their Warehouse Receipts pending dispatch and those already sent.
• Search for Receipts by Receipt Number and/or Tracking Number.
• Access invoices and account statements.
• View documents attached to warehouse receipts and invoices.
• Add documents to receipts and invoices using the mobile device camera.
• Provide shipping instructions for warehouse receipts.

Administrator Access:

• Search for Warehouse Receipt information by number or using the mobile device camera.
• Search for Tracking information by number or using the camera.
• Load Reception: set status, record signatures, attach photos of goods, and send email notifications.
• Goods Delivery: set status, record signatures, attach photos of goods, and send email notifications.
• Delivery Notes: set status, record signatures, attach photos of delivery documents, and send email notifications.
• Pre-alert Registration: assign statuses to tracking serials (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) of incoming shipments to the warehouse.
• Loading Processing: module for controlling the search for goods ready for dispatch.
• Shipment Dispatch: module for controlling shipment dispatches, including packaging format (container, e-container, d-container, pallet, individual piece, etc.).

Management Section:

• Graphs showing shipments by pieces, weight, volume, and volumetric weight.
• Graphs displaying invoices by total dollar amount and number of invoices.
